Terms and Conditions Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking you will need to pay a deposit of 10% of the total booking cost.
The balance must be paid at least 14 days before the date of travel for day excursions and 21 days before the departure date for holidays which include overnight accommodation. If you book within our balance due period you will need to pay the total holiday cost at the time of your booking.
If you do not pay the outstanding balance for your holiday on or before the date when it is due we may cancel your booking and you we may retain your deposit to offset the loss of sale of the seats you reserved. Where the booking is being cancelled for very serious reasons, eg bereavement of one of the persons booked we will take a sympathetic view and refund the deposit of the most immediate relatives. Other members of the group will be offered thr opportunity to re-book at a later date without charge. The date of cancellation will normally be the date you confirm in writing that you intend to cancel or 10 days after the balance due date, whichever comes first. Deposit is 10% of the full price. Where optional items are purchased as part of the tour package these are payable on the balance due date except where items, such as theatre tickets, have been specifically purchased for you. In this case the cost will be payable at a separate date notified to you and will not normally be refundable unless we obtain a refund from the supplier we use. The company reserves the right to cancel or vary advertised excursions as a result of circumstances beyond their control including insufficient bookings. Time at destination or place of destination may be subject to change in exceptional circumstances such as severe weather or traffic conditions. If a customer cancels a day trip booking more than fourteen days before the day of travel, a full price voucher will be issued for future us, except on that portion of the price which relates to added items including, theatre or venue tickets, meals. entrance fees, tickets for boat trips etc. In all instances the insurance premium is non refundable. Refunds cannot be given for failure to turn up at the advertised departure point at the correct time although credit vouchers may be issued in exceptional circumstances and then only at the Company's sole discretion.
